[cdt-dev] CDT warning levels

Bonjour,
  On the last conference call, a point was raise to reduce
the number of warnings.

The bulk of the warnings are in:

a) The old parser (...cdt.core)
b) The new builder (..cdt.ui/build, and cdt.core/build)

IMHO
(a) is not worth the trouble, since this code will probably disappear
for the new parser.

(b) this code, will also disappear, when rational will do the update.
