If you have added jgit/egit repos in eclipse-parent then everything
should be ok. Have you checked that reverting your changes fixes the
issue? 
The exception you got suggest rather unavailability of listed tycho
plugins, which could be unresolved dependencies or the issue with
server. You may always try to install missing bundles manually and check
if it works then.
