Hi Ravi,
Not sure what usage scenario you'd like to see but the 
http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/Sample_headless_configuration_%28Buckminster%29 
page will show you how to configure a headless configuration. At the 
very end is an example on how to use it to materialize and build a demo 
component.

The commands available depends on your configuration since the features 
you include will add new commands dynamically. You can always obtain a 
full list by entering:

 buckminster lscmds
