This automatically generated message signals that Simon Moser has nominated
Oleg Danilov as a Committer on the technology.bpel project. The reason
given is as follows:

I'd like to nominate Oleg Danilov as a committer on the BPEL Designer
project. 
Oleg has been doing a huge amount of the DOM/EMF facading work done
recently as well as the source code tab add-on to the BPEL designer that
consequently leverages the DOM/EMF Facade.
All committers were very pleased with the quality and the passion he put
into this - I learned him to be a very competent and professional person.
His knowledge of BPEL and his dedication make him well-suited to this
project, and of course I support his nomination. 

Since Intel, Olegs Employer, also has plans to further support the BPEL
Designer Project, it would not only make their lives easier when it comes
to the contribution of fixes and new code, but also the BPEL Project would
gain another outstanding contributor. 



The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 4 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Oleg Danilov must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
