[babel-dev] Webmaster please release R_0_200804171318 [Denis]

Denis,

   When you find time if you could release R_0_200804171318 to the 
Babel server that would be super.  After that if you could run the 
'fix_deactivated_translation.php' script located in the 'classes/heal' 
directory that would be even better.

   Running the 'fix_deactivated_translation.php' script will clean up 
some of the issue from bug #222221 (over 100% progress reported).  There 
is still more work to do in order to close the bug, but this will fix 
the current issues (read the bug for more info).
