[babel-dev] "Babel need help badly"

Hey Bablers,

   Just wanted to let anyone interested know I have committed files for 
the 'babel needs help' page.  It is up on the staging server and will go 
live with the next tag/release cycle (not the last one I requested as I 
wanted to give time for feedback and improvements).

   If any one has inputs please either commit a patch or add a comment 
to the bug I opened (see link below).
