[aspectj-dev] old dominates form not permitted

The 1.1 compiler signals an error when using the old form of dominates,
so I plan to change some text in porting.html from

   The compiler will report a warning that the form aspect {name} dominates {list}...
   is deprecated.

to

   The compiler will report an error that the form aspect {name} dominates {list}...
   is no longer supported.

Pls. reply if the compiler should instead be deprecating but accepting the old form.
