Note that the CVS ALFEventManager.wsdl embeds the
content ALFEvent.xsd and BasicEvent.xsd and you should regard CVS version of
ALFEventManager.wsdl as the current definition of both those schemas
effectively making them obsolete.
Also there will be some changes to the ALF schema both
in organization, structure and content before ALF 1.0 is released.
These changes will be posted for discussion.

Hi everyone, and thanks Tim and Brian for the
responses.
Very
encouraging to hear that some of the POC code is being committed. Deepa
and I were about to write our own axis-based web service on top of the ALF-EM
servlet - this will save us some time.
Thanks,

Deepa,
Initially, the only reasons I could think of is that we
reorganized the website when we converted to the new Eclipse convention using
a PHP-based web site and dropped that directory in the process, but upon
further investigation there was simply a typo in the document. These are
the correct URLs:
I just tested both. I
believe for the POC we combined the Schemas and WSDL to deal with a Namespace
issue. I'll submit a bug to update the document you reference to point
to the right (an latest) file.
Regards,
Brian
