Forgot to ask about the upgrade to 1.3.2.

1) Is that the development build or has it actually been released now?
2) How do I get it? http://download.eclipse.org/technology/ajdt/32/update
(it says that version is 1.4.0....)
3) Can I go back to 1.3.1 if necessary?
