[actf-dev] ACTF aDesigner became a part of product

Hi all,

We are happy to announce IBM Japan has released a Web authoring tool 
"HomePage Builder V13" that integrates ACTF aDesigner as an accessibility 
check function.

We hope ACTF will support authors in creating more accessible content, and 
we hope ACTF will contribute to develop more accessibility support tools.
