See bug 99980 for the motivations for this. Basically, some wizards, when 
finished, perform a long running operation in the background. Currently the 
only option is to close the wizard and open the Jobs dialog. The ideal way to 
handle this would be to show the progress in the wizard itself with the option 
to run the job in the background.
