It is not obvious to me, the user, that when I add an Action set to a 
perspective that that is not a permanent change.  I only realize its not 
permanent when I close the perspective and reopen, and my changes are lost.  
Generally a user is prompted when their actions are going to be tossed out.

Second, after realizing that I have to save my changes, there is no way to just 
hit "Save".  I must pick "Save As...".  There should be an easy way to save.  
Perhaps the save should be accessible at the time when I am making the change, 
that is, customizing the perspective.
