20050613 The Project Explorer fails to show me the file I'm editing when I first bring up the workbench. From the J2EE perspective, open a file from a non-flexible non-Web non-Java project and be sure the Project Explorer has "Link Editor" enabled. Restarting the workbench reopens the right editor but doesn't expand the Project Explorer to show me the location of my file, despite "Link Editor" still being enabled. Toggling "Link Editor" has no effect. Only opening the Other Projects node seems to make it start working.

Moveing to Common component
Part of a mass update. Based on 9/22/2005 development review meeting, it's determined this was an open bug/enhancement with tartget mistakenly set to M8. Since this will not be in M8, I am changing to "unspecified". If this is an error, please correct (for example the bug really has been fixed in M8, change back to M8, and "fixed".)
This is still one of the most annoying bugs of the Project Explorer.
