+ Two is too "specific": "add specific support for saving and loading specific
groups"
+ The capitalization of the element description/comments varies from other
extension points.  Usually an element comment starts with a capital.
+ A bit confusing: "It specifies 1 or more mappings from a scope
org.eclipse.core.runtime.preferences.IScope to 0 or more nodes where 0 or more
keys are specified per node"  Can this be broken up into two or more sentences?
+ Typo: "tranfers"
+ Where possible, it is more succinct to use "<xmlElement ... />" instead of
"<xmlElement ...></xmlElement>" (examples)
+ Indentation in the examples section is weird
+ "Very Simple Transfer" is mentioned, but then it seems to be defined as "Bare
Bones Transfer Test"
