3.1 RC1

- with o.e.ui.tests loaded, show the Table Viewer Tests > Virtual Table View test view
- select some items near the middle and delete them using the Delete button
- press Reset Input
- it takes about 6 seconds (on MvM's Mac)

Not sure if this indicates a problem or not, but it seems like it must be proportional to the total item 
count, not the materialized item count.

Cannot reproduce with a current build - this is probably just a dup of bug
111743 [Viewers] Setting VIRTUAL TableViewer's input results in all TableItems
being created
