The tabs on the Ant Runtime page do not have any mnemonics

Tod are you talking about the Ant runtime preference pages?
If so, these pages are full of mnemonics :-)

Sorry...I have no idea what you are talking about.
Please provide exact steps on how tabbing around makes the mnemonics disappear.

The issue is that they never appear

STEPS
1) Select Ant-Runtime
2) Hit tab - all the page mnemonics will show up but not the tabs
