I have a preference page that contains a table. I have set the weights of the 
two columns to 70 and 30. When I open the preference page, the relative size 
looks right but the columns only takes up half the table. I would expect the 
table to expand to take up the entire available space. I will attach a plugin 
that illustrates this.
