- File > Export > Archive file
- the top section, where resources to export are selected, has no label

Should have a label, with mnemonic, and ending with ':', e.g. "Select &resources
to export:" (except the R mnemonic conflicts with B&rowse).

Likewise on the archive import, and the filesystem import/export pages.

The top section is an instance of a ResourceTreeAndListGroup.  It probably makes sense to add an optional label to this class which would appear before the tree and list.  This would require new methods to be added to this class, which is API.
