One of our polish items is to add keywords to preference pages. The goal is to
make this happen for M7.

An example for how to add keywords to a preference page can be found in the
plugin.xml of org.eclipse.jdt.ui (keywordReference, org.eclipse.ui.keywords)

can you please see that the fix makes it for M7.  Browser has pref page.
