Build 20020205

- had test.xml ant script open with unsaved changes in editor
- ran ant on it
- it didn't get my changes
- it should prompt if there are unsaved changes before running
- should also work if I'm re-running the script from the pulldown

Moving to Platform UI (External Tools).

There is a preference to save all dirty editors before running an external 
tool. Reopen if it does not need your need.
