build I20050401-1200

- Help > Dynamic Help
- Shift+Tab
  - gives focus to "About xyz" twisty
- Tab
  - focus is not visible
  - it's apparently in the text, but Shift+<arrow keys>, Ctrl+A etc have no effect
- Tab
  - focus is on "Dynamic Help" twisty
- Tab 
  - focus is not visible
  - seems to be the same issue as above
- Tab through links
- after "More results..." the focus is not visible again
  - seems to be the same issue as above

Not sure if this is an accessibility problem, though it seems strange to not
have visible focus on some items.  OTOH, web browsers typically work this way
too.  Should check with a screen reader to see if it works appropriately.

The help view has been redesigned in Eclipse 3.5 and the related topics section no longer contains collapsible sections with twisties.

Using I20090312-0100 I could successfully tab through the entire Related Topics page.
