I'm using eclipse-SDK-I20050330-0500-win32.

If the Dynamic Help view is open (showing up as a view within the workbench) and
then you open the Welcome - if you choose the Workbench (Go to the workbench)
link from the welcome, you are returned to the workbench, but the Dynamic Help
view is now maximized - takes up the entire workbench real estate. It should
return to the same state from which it was left.
