In the view menu of the Progress view, it has a "Remove All Finished Tasks" item.
We already use "Task" in the UI to mean something else (e.g. the Tasks view).
Suggest using "Operations"  ("job" and "thread" are implementation terms).

Also suggest adding the same word to the background pref, to clarify it,
e.g. "Always run operations in background".
