When the editor area is not maximized, you can tile the editor windows by 
dragging one tab to the edge of the editor area.
Since build 20020125-S it's possible to see all editor tabs when the editor 
area is maximized.
It would be great if you could do that tiling as well when the editor area is 
maximized.
When you tile windows, the space available in each window becomes quite small.
So its very important to have the most space available (maximized editor area) 
when tiling.
