I noticed while synchronizing that the number in the status bar does not match that of the job when there is only one job running see attached pic.
Created attachment 18988 [details] different %
This is likely because the updates are done in different asyncs.

From a usability point of view, this is actually quite confusing, particularly when the progress indicator is showing 100% when it's not nearly done (see the screen shot in bug 88609). I suggest upping the priority and marking for M7.
Created attachment 19079 [details] screen shot showing blank progress indicator message In addition, the message in the progress indicator can be blank, when the running job does show text in the progress view.
In the case in the previous comment, it was an unbounded job (spinning blue).
More specifically, it was an "Override and Update" from the Sync view (and I just saw it again).

Created attachment 40030 [details] Waiting and Cancelled remain in dialog/negative value This shows tasks that are waiting and/or cancelled that remain in the progress dialog, but are not in the progress view. Also the reported progress in the lower right shows a negative value.
There are currently no plans to work on this although we would be happy to review a patch

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
