Some of the content type performance tests do not appear in the performance test
results. Instead, they are printed to the console.

The performance data was not being collected because the tests were run as
session tests (different VM) and the system properties that configure the
performance test framework were not being properly set.

Besides that, the test bundles being installed by the tests were using a wrong
class name. What a mess...

Fixed. Released to HEAD. Fix backported to 3.0 and 3.0.1 performance testing
streams.
