The ColorsAndFontsPreferencePage should not inline its ResourceBundle but should
do it in a subclass of NLS.

Also:

Theme and ThemeRegistryReader refer to the ResourceBundle using getString. They
should use a subclass of NLS

We wont be loving it this release, however.  We're sending it back to the attic where we will feed it only flat foods that fit under the door such as pizza and pancakes.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
