<<Steps To Reproduce>>
   1, In command window, change directory to home directory of eclipse .

   2, Use "java -cp plugins/org.eclipse.help.base_3.0.1/helpbase.jar 
org.eclipse.help.standalone.Infocenter -command start -data infocenter -port 
8888"   to start Help-Sytem.

   3, Open IE6 and navigate to "http://localhost:8888/help",use tab to move 
focus to a book topic in navigation view or click on the book topic 
instead, use RIGHT arrow to collapse or expand the navigation tree on book node
level. 
   
   4, Use LEFT arrow to close topics on book node level.

    Focus lost from the book node.

    Focus on the book node.

The table of contents tree is being rewitten in Eclipse 3.3, I'll take a look at this bug as part of that rewrite.

The table of contents tree has been rewritten for 3.3 M4 and this problem no longer exists.

This was fixed in 3.3 M4.
