"Team" menu item and "PDE Tools" menu item switch spots on the context menu for plugin.xml, when compared to the context menu of a plug-in project. In fact, all non-java files have "Team" at the bottom of that group. The items in the "Compare/Replace With" sub-menu are also in different order for java and non-java files. I suppose some of this is by design, but I think it's annoying. At the very least, PDE Tools for plugin.xml should be in the same spot as the project's context menu. Using 3.1M5a.
