M2 build

- select a managed resource, right-click -> Team -> Synchronize with Stream
- GP occurs.  No trace is written

Fixed.  For some reason the workbench sometimes creates RADIO MenuItems and 
sets their text to "".  This was causing the GP to happen specifically on 
Linux.  In such cases we now set the menu's text to a space, which displays the 
same as an empty string.  We still store the item's text value internally as "" 
in case a client queries for the MenuItem's text.
