URL test suite get created.

Note that this is just because wrong string is used on UI. The file created is
correct

Fixed. JUnit/Manual/URL editors now shows the correct and updated (with TPTP 
instead of Hyades) title and description strings.

Updated "Hyades" to "TPTP" in resource strings of plugin.properties in:
org.eclipse.hyades.test.tool.core
org.eclipse.hyades.test.tool.ui
