Description Curtis d'Entremont CLA 2005-01-27 14:15:06 EST
Currently when I open the statistical viewer on a brand new run (that hasn't
been opened yet), it defaults the view to a place where you can't see any
data, and you have to tinker with the view to get it to show anything. It
would be much better to just go where the data is.

It could find the boundaries (earliest, latest events, and min/max counts),
add a little as a border for the edges to make it look nice, then use these as
the default viewport. This way it brings you directly to a presentable view of
the data.

Duplicate of enhancements to be dealt with in the statistical view refactoring.
