I realized that the 'Import existing projects' wizard doesn't really copy
anything to your workspace, but just creates a new project on an external location.
There's not much 'importing' needed to do that, but seems to be more a 'new
project' funtionality.

To make that clear, why to being more verbose on the wizard page and even offer
to copy ('import') resources.

Martin, is this bug resolved for you now that the you can copy projects into
your workspace (see bug 17523)?

I see the new check box, 'Copy projects into workspace'. But what does it mean
if this is not checked? As explained, 'Import' really sounds like copying.

So I think that two radio buttons would do better:
o Create projects linked to external location
o Create projects in workspace and copy all content

Copy to workspace is now available
