If a Progress Dialog loses focus it is not possible to get focus back on that 
dialog from the keyboard.

STEPS
1) Open a repository
2) Select a big project (like org.eclipse.ui) from the HEAD Stream
3) Load it. 
4) Use Alt Ecs to cycle through the windows. You cannot get back to the 
progress dialog to cancel it if you wish.
