- Perspective / Show View / Other... / Team / Resource History
- hit F1
- click on the down arrow
- it says "There are no more links."

Then why did it bother showing me the arrow?

The down arrow was always displayed, and separate thread was calculating 
related links in the background.  As there was not visible performance gains, 
the code has been straighten to find all links right away, and then decide to 
show (or not) the down arrow.
Fixed as of 011211 build.
