Description Waqas Ilyas CLA 2004-12-31 01:52:30 EST
1 - open a few files for editing
2 - drag a few editors to form a separate stack of editors, such that
now there are two different stacks of files open for editing
3 - maximize one of the editors
4 - close the active editor
5 - the editor behind it is made active and the editor is not
maximized but it hides the other stack of editors behind it
6 - you can only see the hidden editors if you maximize and restore
    the active editor

What version of eclipse are you using? I can't reproduce this.

It's not that I didn't believe you, but I need to know what version of eclispe
you're using. :) What 3.1 build did you use to make that?
Comment 4 Waqas Ilyas CLA 2005-01-07 09:02:26 EST
In the avi i made sure that i show the about dialog box. Have you seen the
avi? You can see all the details there.

Aha, I run at very low resolution and couldn't read that. :) I've been told it
reads that you're using a build from September 16th.

Is this still a problem in 3.3?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
