Provide support for importing/exporting resources based on the official OMG XMI 
representation of UML 2.0.

The changes have been committed to CVS.

A resource in "official" OMG XMI format can be opened with the UML editor if it has a .xmi extension. Conversely, a UML resource can be saved in "official" format using the UML editor by saving as a file with a .xmi extension.
