Provide the Ant editor with comparable functionality to the Java editor with 
regard to folding, hyperlink navigation, open declaration, marking 
occurrences, show external documentation, refactoring, etc. [Ant]

As of M6 we have all the comparable funcationality that will be achieved for 3.1

Folding, open declaration, hyperlink navigation and show external documentation
are all support.

Recent additions:
Marking occurrences has been added: bug 86223
Rename in file has been added: bug 89078
