when i have too many files in the list we can find in CVS Synchronize view ( for
example 2657 )... i get a blocked interface.

maybe, if i wait enough time, i can finally see the list, but i have waited for
more or less 2 minutes ( in a 1.5 centrino 1GB-RAM system ).

Adding my name to the cc list as we are now tracking performance issues more
closely. Please remove the performance keyword if this is not a performance bug.

There have been some changes to the TreeViewer that should help this and I've 
modified the code to perform batched adds. There is still a noticable amount 
of time taken for the test case I did (~8000 outgoing changes) but it is an 
order of magnitude smaller than 2 minutes.
