1. Start Eclipse.
2. Select "Window->Preferences".
3. Expand the "Workbench" item in the left part of the Preferences dialog box.
4. Click "Compare/Patch" item.
5. Enter some characters in "Filtered Members" text field in the "General" 
view 
in the right part of dialog box.
6. Click "Restore Defaults" button.
7. Observe that the characters entered still exist in the "Filtered Members" 
text field.

Actual Result:
The characters entered still exist in the "Filtered Members" text field.

Expected Result:
The "Filtered Members" text field should be reset to blank as default.
