The source page of the page flow editor should have the usual Java menus on the 
menu bar, but it doesn't: it's missing the Source and Refactor menus, and all 
Edit menu items are disabled. I suspect this is caused by Eclipse bug #71345, 
which relates to multi-page editors.

I got the Edit menu stuff like "Find" on there, but for some reason the Source 
and Refactor menus aren't showing up. Deferring to M3.
