In WSWB you can drag column boundary of a column in a view outside the boundary 
of the view.

Expected behaviour: 

Allow expanding the column by keeping the cursor at the edge of the view and 
expanding the view, with the scroll bar growing as required or limit the 
expanding of the column to the view width.
