To reproduce:

1.	Run WSWB.
2.	Open any perspective and open any file in it.
3.	Click on Help/Help-Content
4.	Expand some of the topics as if you would read them.
5.	Then click on the top-right corner to close the help window (which 
effectively closes all views in the perspective)
6.	All is grey, all windows but the surroundings are gone.

Expected behaviour:

If the perspective has no views to show it should be closed automatically when 
the last view closes.  This is especially noticeable in the Help Perspective 
since it takes over the entire perspective area and has a close button, which 
leads the user to expect that once it is selected you are closing the 
perspective, but it really should apply to all perspectives.
