1) Extension point for providing text on hyperlink providing navigation to 
test suite
2) Added extensibility for displaying relevant properties in the details pane 
depending on the execution history event type
3) Better navigation support, support Find, Search for events in history
4) Be a better Eclipse UI citizen in supporting additional editor menus or 
outline/properties if needed

The following enhancements were implemented in i2:
a) Details pane extensibility (see Feature Description document at
http://www.eclipse.org/tptp/groups/Architecture/documents/features/hf_75012.html
for a quick summary)
b) Real-time view and optimized memory use (the model is shared with the loaders)
c) Eclipse UI integration: popup menu contributions are supported in the events tree
d) Navigation: A link "Go to first fail" is available in the overview pane. Two
buttons "Next fail", "Previous fail" are available on the right side of the
events tree viewer.
