i have my own hierarchy perspective (rearranged views, added outline etc.)
now, i want to open all hierarchies in that perspective - there's no way to do 
it. 
what is customization for, then?

save the perspective with the name of the perspective you want to replace: 
Perspective>Save As.

Once you do this your new perspective will be used.

are perspectived remembered by names?
what if i want to rename it to AK hierarchy?
what happens in other locales than EN_en?
how do i get back to the default hieratrchy perspective without resetting
all other perspectives?

I have the same problem with my custom combined java/debug perspective.

This has been implemented in the Customize Perspective dialog and Perspectives
preference page
