From usability studies: Users that miss entering a file name often are confused.
 User is unsure of why the finish buttons won’t enable. There is no error
message about not having a filename in the http proxy recorder. 

Provide a warning message if the user does not enter a file name.

(Note: a warning message should not be displayed immediately upon opening the
wizard, but only after the user starts some interaction in the dialog).

Cannot reproduce with 4.2i3.

Closing by default since not closed by the originator in the 7+ months since being resolved.  

Please reopen if the issue is still present in the latest TPTP release or the resolution is not correct.
