Description Dorian Birsan CLA 2004-08-25 15:10:53 EDT
I-build 0824:

I opened this build using an older workspace, it came up, I did not see
anything happening (i.e. progress indication in the lower right corner), and
tried to open the Help menu. At that point, the Users jobs dialog came up,
showing that tasks that must complete first, it goes away, and does this a few
times. I may have accidentally clicked the Help menu a few times, and that
could explain the flickering of the dialog.

Is it the user job dialog or the blocked jobs dialog (the one with no progress
monitor)?
Comment 2 Dorian Birsan CLA 2004-08-27 11:05:39 EDT
It came by too fast, but I think it was the blocked jobs dialog.
Comment 3 Tod Creasey CLA 2004-08-27 11:13:21 EDT
Ok that makes sense. we need to determine what blocking jobs were potentially
causing this - it could be a lock in the UI Thread
Comment 4 Tod Creasey CLA 2007-06-14 11:21:41 EDT
There are currently no plans to work on this although we would be happy to review a patch

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
