Auto-creating on a file which contains a branch tag will result in duplicate 
branch categories added to the Branches list.

Jean-Michel, can you try this again after loading the changes to 
CVSRepositoryLocation? I can't make this happen and it could be because I added 
equals() and hashCode() to CVSRepLoc.

Still happens after loading the new changes. Have you released everything?
