I am using 2 monitors and when I use Eclipse I like to expand it so that it 
occupies both monitors.
When I close Eclipse and I open it again, Eclipse will only occupy 1 monitor. 
It seems to be random which one of the two monitors that is.
In Eclipse 2.1 and earlier I did not have that problem: Eclipse remembered its 
old position and size.

Platform UI team is responsible for persisting window sizes and locations.  
Moving to them.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
