Description Jeff Nevicosi CLA 2004-08-12 13:09:35 EDT
Within any editor or view, pressing Shift+F10 will bring up a context menu for
the item with current focus. This menu will be created at the location of
mouse cursor, rather than at the focus.

Standard Windows behavior creates near the focused widget. This was verified
using IE, selecting text in the address field and pressing Shift+F10. The
menu was created at the center of the address text field.
